So, I love waist trainers. What attracted me to this one was it says sweat and the waist band.I've worn it for about 2 hours now. Just to test it in the house. Plan to wear it to the gym.As of right now, my stomach feels warm. But no sweat.I wish I got a medium. I'm already on the last bind option just trying it on. The waist trainer itself is just cheap no curve giving. With the belt, I mean, you get a curve. But someone my weight, you'll have a bottom and top pooch. It won't cover your entire stomach. Kind of like a fat hour glass appearance. The belt stays in place so far. But it won't flatter me in a shirt and will be noticeable. If you ask me, it is way overpriced. I think 30 would be a more reasonable price.I weigh 180. My waist is a 40. A Large is to big.Overall this product works very well. Definitely makes you sweat more, and the waist trainer helps remind me to keep my tummy tight. My one complaint would be the corset for the belt, the hooks are a little difficult to maneuver on without popping some - but just take your time and go slow and it works fine :)it really keeps your body tight and makes me sweat more than i would without wearing it. However the material is a little thin and the green belt is not attached. I really wish the green belt was attached. Overall i like it and will continue to use it.I like this belt! The fit is good and once in it doesn’t roll down or cut into my stomach anywhere. I work from home and do a lot of standing while on my computer. I’m always back conscious and wear my back brace. I decided I would add extra support by wearing a waist trimmer. It definitely makes me sweat while wearing it. And gives me a lot of extra support for my back. I purchased the medium, weigh 160 and 5’2 and it fit me great. Would recommend this product.I am very impressed with my hot belt waist Cincher! I immediately started wearing this product as soon as it arrived. I was very skeptical at first. I was worried that it would not stay in place or that I would actually sweat! Let me just say it stayed in place all day. I wore it throughout my everyday activity and was impressed. Some days I sweated more than others. I look forward to continuing to use it and make further changes to my waistlineI have been wearing the Hot Shaper for two weeks all day. I get compliments all the time of how amazing I look, when I confess that I am wearing it, I am told it is very noticeable. It has even helped with my posture while working at my desk. I like to pair it with the Hot Gel while working out. I will finally meet my abs this summer!!I love the fabric and how it soothes my body; It's comfortable yet flexible to move around in, and it doesn’t itch like other waist trainers I’ve tried in the past. Also, I love how it supports my posture. The best part is that it doesn’t come with an underwire! The adjustable hooks is a bonus for when you lose the inches. This is a keeper! I am motivated to work out more.It works great. I use it for working out or going out for walks & for work & it allows me to sweat more as I’m doing these activities. I’ve lost a couple of inches so I will be ordering a new one pretty soon because this one no longer fits me tight as it used to. It’s so comfortable for an everyday use. No complaints. I love it!
